Assembly Procedures
1. Lay out all parts and fasteners. Read all instructions before starting assembly.
2. Attach rubber footpads to each frame using the 5/16” x 1 1/4” long round head
slotted screw.
3. Assemble the cross brace sets. Place the pieces together, flat side to flat side,
and bolt through the center hole using the 3/8” x 1 1/4” hex head bolt, hex nut and
lock washer.
4. To attach the cross braces to the legs, see the print for the length of bleacher you
are assembling to determine the placement of the cross braces. Attach the braces
using the 3/8” x 1 1/4” hex bolt and locknut in the pre-punched holes in the frame.
5. Check to see that frame is square and that all parts have been installed properly.
Be sure all fasteners are tightened securely.
6. Attach casters using 3/8” nut and lock washers.
7. Install foot planks (mill finish) starting with the bottom row. Place foot plank with
equal overhang on both ends. Bolt in place using the 5/16” carriage bolt, clips and
nut and lock washer. Check overhang again and tighten securely.
8. Install seat plank (anodized finish) starting with the bottom row, using the same
parts and procedure as with the foot plank.
9. Install aluminum end cap using the #8 x 5/8 screws.
10. Bleachers should be checked regularly and bolts checked for tightness.

tipped by adults only. Do not tip outdoors. Due to wind gusts or uneven ground
conditions, tipping unit outdoors could cause unit to fall over causing serious injury.
