Instructions
Assemble the Back assembly using Detail ‘C’.
Position the Back Assembly (3), Right Side Assembly (1), and the Left
Side Assembly (2) in place on a level surface.
Slide a Locking Collar (19) on each end of the top and bottom tubes of
the Back Assembly.  Slide the Side Assemblies in place as shown in
Detail ‘A’.
Install the Wheels as shown in Detail ‘B’, and the Dolley Assembly as
shown in the Dolley Instructions.
Bolt the Pivot Plates (15) to the Frame & bolt the Front ‘L’ Tube to the
Wheel Plates as shown in Detail ‘B’.
On the ground, assemble Upright Tubes (4, 6,7) to the Connector Tubes
(8) using Locking Collars (19).
Now using two people, bolt Upright assembly No. 7 & 6 to the Frame
Pivot Plates.  Be sure and bolt No. 7 first as it is in the lower position.
Place a Locking Collar (19) over Front ‘L’ Tube (5).  Slip Upright
Assembly into the Front Tubes and lock in place with the Collar.
Raise Canopy (See Detail ‘D’).

collar (19) to hole.  Slip
connecting parts together
and lock in place.
DETAIL D (Canopy Erection
Instructions):  Two people must
be used when raising the
canopy.

View 1:  Attach two canopy
locking tubes (9) to the front
upright assembly and lock the
bottom of the tube to the
middle canopy tube assembly.
DETAIL B:  Bolt wheel plates
(13) to the frame using two 3/8”
x 3” hex bolts to the frame.  
Insert 5/8’ x 7 1/2” (11) bolt
through the wheel and place
two set collars (12).  Place
spacer (14) between wheel
plates and insert wheel bolt
through the plates and spacer.  
Secure with 5/8” nyloc nut (16).
View 3:  Push canopy
forward until the front
tube assembly rests on
the ground.  Now lock
the bottom of the locking
tube to the top tube on
the back frame assembly.
DETAIL C:  Assemble
back using two 176”
tubes, four 32” tubes
and ‘T’ fittings as
shown.  Place 2 each of
32” in the center for the
dolley assembly.  Place
the other two 32” tubes
approximately 24” from
each end.
View 2:  Attach two more
locking tubes to the middle
canopy tube assembly and
push upward on the canopy.  
Now attach the bottom of the
locking tube to the lower
canopy tube assembly.
