You should receive the following with your
football running ropes:
1) 1 - Running Rope
2) 4 - Bungee Cord
3) 4 - Eyebolt
4) 4 - Adjustment Sleeve
5) 2 - Base
6) 4 - Snap Button
7) 4 - Corner Tube
8) 2 - 80” Straight Tube

1) 1 - Running Rope
2) 4 - Bungee Cord
3) 4 - Eyebolt
4) 4 - Adjustment Sleeve

1. Install Eyebolt and Adjustment Tube on the Corner
Tubes as shown in diagram.
2. Assemble frame by placing one Base on the ground.
Attach Corner Tubes to the Base by sliding Corner Tube
over upright tube on base. Be sure Snap Button engages
in hole in Corner Tube.
3. Insert 80” Straight Tube into Corner Tubes.
4. Assemble other Base Tube, completing Frame Assembly.
5. Attach the Running Rope to the Frame by hooking one
end of the Bungee Cord to the Ring in the Running Rope
and the other end to the Eyebolt. Connect all four corners
of the Rope to the Frame.
6. Slide the Adjustable Sleeve to the desired Rope height
and tighten the Eyebolt to lock in place.
