ASSEMBLY:
1 Assemble the Frame Tubes as shown in the diagram.
2 Install the four Swivel Casters using the 5/16” Washer and the 5/16” Nyloc Nut.

3 Place the 4 Carriage Bolts (#9) in the holes in the Cart Bed. Be sure to place
them from the top of the bed.
4 Lay the Cart Bed (#4) on a flat surface with the countersunk side up. A pair of
saw horses works good for this.
5 Place the assembled Frame on the Bed, placing the Caster Nuts in the
countersunk holes.
6 Bolt the Frame to the Bed using the 4 Clamps (#8) over the tube and securing
to the bed with the 1/4” Nyloc Nut.
1 Assemble the Frame Tubes as shown in the diagram.
2 Install the four Swivel Casters using the 5/16” Washer and the 5/16” Nyloc Nut.

3 Place the 4 Carriage Bolts (#9) in the holes in the Cart Bed. Be sure to place
them from the top of the bed.
4 Lay the Cart Bed (#4) on a flat surface with the countersunk side up. A pair of

5 Place the assembled Frame on the Bed, placing the Caster Nuts in the
countersunk holes.
6 Bolt the Frame to the Bed using the 4 Clamps (#8) over the tube and securing
to the bed with the 1/4” Nyloc Nut.
